We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small variations in knit and texture are natural. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST.
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) and Cash on Delivery.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment you have made.

Discount codes
Only one discount code can be used per order. We may change or end offers at any time.

Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

All content on this site, including the OCTORA name, logo, designs, photos, videos and text, belongs to OCTORA. Please do not copy or use it without our written permission.
