Shipping policy

We currently ship across India only, to every pincode our courier partners serve. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, this is within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders within India.

Payment options
You can pay online through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is free, with no extra charge.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email and WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

Delivery address
Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct something, contact us before the order is dispatched. We cannot change the address once the parcel is on its way.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, festivals or courier issues can occasionally cause delays. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us and we will follow up with the courier.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
